Dear Reader,
“At the end of the day, we do not settle in anger against people. We settle in who we are as love beings.”
–Kuya Cyrus
I got that quotable quote from Kuya Cy earlier this morning. By the way, he is a software engineer who kindly has given me this blog as a birthday gift three years ago. What he shared made me think that it is easy to feel bad towards people, especially if they harmed us, but having the idea of loving them again as we used to is accompanied already by difficulty and pain. Isn’t it what it should be? To love the unlovable?
I do not know about you, Reader. However, I hope that if you have someone in mind right now, or individuals in your mind right now by whom you think where this category fits, then maybe it is time to re-evaluate yourself and be genuinely kind enough to show exactly the opposite of what they have done or been doing to you for them to see what genuine love means because perhaps, they never experience what love is all their lives.
Do not just be kind to them. Be GENUINELY kind with truly pure intentions grafted from CHRIST’S love, and you are in the right place.
Do not change who you are just because you were hurt. Be the kindest person you wish they would be.
I hope you had a gentle day.
Sincerely,
Kryz <3
P.S
Do not grow bitter.
