Dear Reader,

There are moments of vulnerability we cannot hide, even from ourselves. Sometimes we suppress our true feelings so they will not be as bothered as it feels. However, suppressing our feelings can harm us in the long run, especially if the tank inside us is complete. It shall burst. So if you do feel vulnerable now, cry it out loud, talk to yourself that you are not okay, and that is okay.

Stop pretending you are okay with all the unfortunate things that have happened. Just allow this moment to be actual for you. Make sure your vulnerability will lead to an understanding of your feelings afterward. Being emotional does not mean we should also be illogical. Be vulnerable with your mind working pretty well, still.
