What is the one thing that you like for today?
Mine is mopping the floor. I always appreciate the cleanliness it gives after sweeping. It truly is satisfying to see.
Sometimes it is the mundane things that genuinely make us happy. So, maybe you shall think about that one thing that makes you at ease today and be grateful. It is not always on the great things that you’ll see satisfaction, but most of the time is actually on those familiar things you just overlooked.
